The staff were helpful and the location was excellent. Reception was open 24/7, allowing us to drop off our bags early. The hostel had a rooftop bar that doubled as a living area, providing a great place to hang out. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with daily vacuuming, mopping, and dishwashing by the maid. There were free lockers available, and the beds had outlets for convenient charging. The central location was perfect for exploring the city's main attractions.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with handrails in the hallways and elevators available for those who may have difficulty with stairs.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

My recent stay at Pura Vida hostel was fantastic. I stayed for three nights and it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The hostel is located in the old town, making it convenient to visit all the tourist attractions and enjoy the nightlife. The two receptionists I met were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They even remembered me when I returned to the city a few days later and offered to store my luggage while I explored before my evening flight. The triple room I was given was spacious and had plenty of wall plugs to meet the needs of all three occupants. I had a pleasant stay and found the location and staff to be excellent.
